Hotel location is very convenient, close to the main street with a variety of restaurants and cute small stores. Our room was very clean and spacious with two queen size beds which had comfortable mattresses not too soft and not too hard. Pillows were good. Heater/AC unit worked good. Bathroom had a heat lamp which is rare and it was nice. There is an elevator, free parking and good wifi. The lady who checked us in was very helpful with suggestions for the restaurant choices for our dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is clean, from the reception area, hallways and rooms it is very well maintained. The staff has always been very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The addition of doughnuts delivered to your room in the morning is always a treat.

Very friendly staff, comfy beds, nice hot tub and sauna. The kids loved the fresh donuts and the soft serve. There was some nice attention to detail, like the door between the bedroom and living room didn't creak, so the kids didn't get woken up by it. The blackout shades were good and there was ample storage.

It has a very good, large queen suite with a bedroom separated from the living room by a door. This allows us to put the children to sleep and have a quiet dinner with my partner. The living room is spacious and has a TV, sofa, small table, and kitchenette. Convenient location.

It was a nice tough that they deliver homemade donuts to your room for breakfast. The rooms are exactly as pictured, so you know what you're getting. The water pressure was great in the shower.

I asked that we have a ground floor room which Murphys Suites accommodated. I was traveling with an elderly person.The room was large. Two couples or a family would not be uncomfortable. If there was a down side there needed another support railing in the bath/shower.The kitchenette would make a longer stay easy. I walked easily into Murphys in the evening. The room was light and bright with good curtains for black out. There was a exercise bike, a sauna (not needed in the summer 8-)) and small pool. Some beautiful taxidermy in the lobby. Breakfast was a package breakfast burrito and or house made miniature donuts.

My stay went as expected for the most part. There was no housekeeping but as I know, things have changed in the hospitality industry, I didn't have an expectation of that. I still would have liked a better effort to have clean towels and a refreshing of condiments brought to my room instead of making me go down to the lobby to get these things. I felt that I was annoying the person at the counter which didn't feel right.

The homemade donuts delivered warm to your room in the morning were an unexpected delight. The bathroom was very clean and had great water pressure. Also a clothesline for wet towels or bathing suits. Even though the location is at the outer edge of Main St. it was still an easy walk to shops and dining.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Spa area works till 10PM unlike other places that closing it early. Free ice cream!

We love the clean, spacious room which was at the end of the hall, so it was very quiet. The hot tub works and so does the sauna! Great to have after skiing all day! Staff is super friendly and available to help - at all hours! We already have plans to come back in the near future!
